The cuisine is predominately Kodavas influenced by the Malabar Coast. The table is served with vegetables and seasonal fruits grown either on the estate itself or from local farms produce. Once in a while, traditional dishes from the old plantation era recipes have been handed over from generation to generation and finds its way out of the kitchen to the grand dining room. To wrap up a scrumptious meal, desserts are served ranging from fresh fruits, puddings, soufflés, custards, cakes and local traditional sweets.
Breakfast is complimentary. Dinner is served upon request and it is chargeable per person. Both Breakfast and Dinner are served in the grand dining room.
Self-Catering facilities are restricted only with access to an electric kettle. You can discuss your meal preferences with us well beforehand to make your stay comfortable.
